To add money to your Wallet
• Login then Click on ≡on top left and then click on "Load Money" .
• Choose the mode of transfer (debit/card/credit card or net banking).

It could be that your friend is not registered with the TA Wallet yet. In such case, the money will get parked in the recipient's account. Once parked, the recipient will have 15 days to create an account and receive the amount. In case he/she does not join within 15 days, the amount will get credited back to your account.

In case your transaction is pending, be assured that your money is safe with us. Your pending transfer will be listed in the ''pending'' queue. Once the transfer is completed, we will let you know via an SMS.

In the Mini Statement page, to view the details of a specific order, click on the order you placed.
